In this months article I am delighted to announce the release of the most powerful and unique Leadership development programme to date!
So what is so special about our programme?
Well, its has been developed in partnership with various disciplines with in leadership development but for the first time bringing the best aspects of each discipline together.
The development has included our own leadership team in conjunction with the Directors of Life, a leading out door activity provider and utilising Roche Martins ECR360 EQ report.
Rochemartin “who have provided the worlds first psychometric assessment developed specifically to measure emotional intelligence with regards to Leadership & work place development”.
We have previously discussed the concept of Emotional Capital, the ten areas of Leadership behaviour and given pointers as to how we can grow as human beings and as leaders.

For a long time Leadership development has been generic and now with the use of the ECR360 report we have the ability to tailor the development programme to an individual and to the areas where you have the best opportunities to grow.
Over many years we have seen organisations make valuable use of outdoor experiential learning opportunities as part of team and leadership development.
And in more recent years we are adopting the principal of executive coaching as a powerful way to grow our teams and get the best out of our people.

So in this new programme we have taken all the components and mixed them in our very own recipe for Leadership development.
Beginning with a one to one with your Hyperion coach, this prepares you for the 360 experience after which you will complete your report along with colleagues, managers and members of your team.
You will then begin a journey over two weekend residentials with up to a maximum of 11 other leaders.
The first weekend you will receive your own report and feed back meeting, the group will enjoy dinner with keynote speaker, classroom based education and activities bespoke to each group identifying opportunities to develop.
The second weekend will complete the process and build on our experiences since receiving our report and build on the opportunities identified.
You will leave with your own personal action plan for growth and a final one to one with your Hyperion Growth coach.
During the programme you will have the opportunity to learn and grow, you will reduce your stress levels, improve your efficiency and advance your communications skills to new levels, the positive impact of improved leadership will increase the bottom line of the business!
